Foodie heaven: 8 days tasting the finest regional cuisine
During this tour you will visit producers of local specialities, see how they are made, meet the artisans making them and taste them yourself. You will also have the opportunity to buy your favourite ones and bring them home to impress your family and friends!
This tour offers a full week of immersion to discover the wonderful foodie delights surrounding the Via Emilia, a road which cuts through the Emilia Romagna region from Piacenza to Rimini. The Via Emilia was created by the Romans to transport commercial traffic from the surrounding rural areas and still marks the place of origin of typical products known and loved all over the world, such as balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh pasta, prosciutto di Parma and wines.
