We are proud to be a member of ABTA – The Travel Association, and hold an Air Tour Operator’s Licence (ATOL). This means that you can be sure we operate to the highest standards, with integrity and honesty.
ABTA – The Travel Association
As a member of ABTA (membership number Y6731), we are obliged to maintain a high standard of service by ABTA’s Code of Conduct and offer clients ABTA’s assistance for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, please visit www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com. You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This ODR platform is a means of registering your complaint with us; it will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.
Air Tour Operators Licence (ATOL)
When we put together more than one component of your holiday (typically including flights, accommodation and in-destination activities), you will be financially protected by our ATOL Licence, should we cease trading before or during your holiday. This means you will be able to claim your money back or continue your holiday and be repatriated. This protection does not apply if only one component is purchased from us (e.g., accommodation or flights only).
Clients will be provided with an ATOL Certificate detailing the protection available for each aspect of their holiday before any booking is made. If the ATOL Certificate provided does not list all parts of a trip, the parts not listed will not be ATOL protected. Please make sure you take your ATOL Certificate with you when you travel. Please see our booking conditions for more information about our financial protection, or visit www.caa.co.uk. Our ATOL number is 9551.
