All villas have private pools and are located on the beach, over the water, between the rocks or on a mountain slope; all of which offer panoramic views of the ocean. The different villa types offer various levels of seclusion for personal privacy.
The 1,700 square feet Hill Top Pool Villa faces the mountain ranges of Nha Trang and features an elevated bedroom with walk-in-closet area, separate vanity areas, a hand-crafted wooden bath tub and a private plunge pool.
The 1,895 square feet Beachfront Pool Villa is situated along the beachfront with direct access to the beach and a private garden. The open plan design features an en-suite bathroom, separate vanity areas, a hand-crafted wooden bath tub and a private plunge pool.
The 2,228 square feet Family Beach Pool Villa is designed in a duplex style, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate living area. Located along the beachfront, this villa also has direct access to the beach, as well as a private garden with plunge pool, indoor bath tub, outdoor shower and two daybeds.
The 2,874 square feet Two-Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villa offers majestic views of the East Vietnam Sea, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate living area. The Villa also features a private garden with plunge pool, walk-in closet area, indoor bathtub and outdoor shower, one daybed in the living room and four sun loungers. Accessible via private paths or stairs.
The Water Pool Villas are 1,658 square feet and are set on the edge of the water overlooking the beautiful bay’s coral. With a split level layout, the villa faces the sunset and features an open bathroom with vanities, a hand crafted wooden bathtub, private plunge pool and a private deck for sunbathing. Accessed by a scenic, hillside staircase.
The 2,013 square feet Rock Pool Villas are situated on the Western end of the bay with separate sleeping and living areas. The open plan design features an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, separate vanity area, a unique handcrafted wooden bathtub, outdoor shower and a private plunge pool. Accessed by a scenic, hillside staircase.
The magnificent Rock Retreat is 5,242 square feet large and set on a private bay, accessed via wooden private walkway or private boat. It is a 20-minute walk from the main restaurant and bar. The Rock Retreat features two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an air-conditioned living pavilion which can be converted to a third bedroom with a bathroom, a family dining sala, a spa treatment sala, a private plunge pool and a handmade bathtub and shower.
The 9,687 square feet Water Reserve features two separate bedrooms with tailored configurations and en-suite bathrooms, and separate two-story air-conditioned living and dining pavilion. The upper living room pavilion can be converted to a third bedroom with shower/steam room and toilet. Set on the Eastern tip on the bay, The Water Reserve is exclusive and very private, with access by a walkway or a private speedboat. The Water Reserve features a 1,184 sq.ft private infinity pool with slide, indoor and outdoor dining options, a handmade Vietnamese wooden bathtub and shower in both bedrooms, a large sundeck with ample space for up to six bathers, and a Dedicated GEM (Guest Experience Maker) on call 24/7.
With an 818 sq.ft infinity swimming pool, a large sundeck for 8-10 bathers and a poolside movie screen with projector and sound system, the 7,825 square feet Hill Top Reserve is the epitome of luxury. The Reserve is exclusive and private, accessible by 4WD buggy, with personal driver. The Reserve also features a separate living space, with dining room, lounge and bar, three full bedrooms with tailored configurations and en-suite bathrooms and open or closed air-conditioned bathrooms, with crafted bathtub and fixtures.

It’s hard to choose what to eat and where to eat it thanks to the talents of the Six Sensesculinary team and destination dining options in Vietnam. From organic produce grown in temperate Dalat to lobsters, king prawn and fish straight from the sea, healthy juices or libations from the Wine Cave. You can even recline on a day bed with a sundowner and classic movie.
Owing to the hotel’s remote location, the property really has made a huge emphasis on quality dining options. Understandably the seafood here is spectacular, the main restaurant offers majestic views over the bay to compliment the fine cuisine. The hotel also has its’ own sustainability programme where fresh fruit and vegetables are grown. Like all Six Senses properties in-villa dining is also a popular option with guests enjoying a feast of fusion cuisine in the luxury of their own villa.
The Dining by the Bay restaurant spans over two levels with views across the bay and is accompanied by a gentle sea breeze to refresh your senses. Serving Asian-Western flavours at breakfast and an international fusion dinner.
Showcasing local produce with prime meat and seafood in an intimate natural setting overlooking picturesque Ninh Van Bay, Dining by the Rocks is especially reserved for guests from 12 years old.
Drinks by the Bay is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or after-dinner drinks. Furnished with comfortable daybeds and bar stools, the bar remains open each evening until the last guest departs.

Despite the property’s remote location, the hotel offers an extensive range of activities and mountain bikes are provided as standard for each guest. Activities for all ages include hiking, cooking classes, and yoga or inactivities in the sanctuary of our spa. On-site, spend your time on, over, or under the water. Off-site starts with island-hopping and extends to soaking up the colourful coast and culture.
