Location
The hotel is located on the Con Dao archipelago off the south coast of Vietnam. Once a penal colony used by the French this remote island is now welcoming tourists with open arms. The property is the first 5 star resort built on the island group and this sense of isolation really only enhances guests’ experience here.

Bamboo wood and natural materials being a main theme to the tree-house like decor all complete with private pools, naturally. The property offers three main dining options; Vietnamese at the market is a novel way of offering guests a selection of fine traditional cuisine.
Western fine dining cuisine is served at By the Beach Restaurant, offering wonderful views over the Ocean. Light Mediterranean snacks are served at the hotels Deli’cious cafe which bakes its own bread on site.
In villa dining is of course an option, the resort will also happily prepare private meals on the beach or picnic hampers if guests wish.

The property offers a number of activities from water-sports to hiking and cookery classes. Bikes are provided outside your room to explore as you wish. The island is sparsely populated so for those wishing to cycle out and explore this is perfect and the small town a few kilometres from the resort is worth visiting.
