The magnificent Fullerton Building is a grand Neo-classical landmark built in 1928. Gazetted in December 2015 as a National Monument, it was once home to Singapore’s General Post Office, the Exchange Rooms and Exchange Reference Library, and the prestigious Singapore Club. For nearly a century, it has played a pivotal role in Singapore’s rich history. Today, it has been transformed into The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, a stunning 400-room heritage hotel that combines modern comfort and quiet luxury with the subtle reminders of the past.
Town: an all-day dining restaurant featuring panoramic views of the Singapore River, Town is perfect for a power breakfast, business lunch or idyllic buffet dinner. With two private dining rooms and two partitioned areas, the 120-seat restaurant offers Chinese fine dining sublime dim sum creations, fragrant soups, and signature favourites prepared by its team of master chefs.
The Lighthouse: perched on the very top of The Fullerton Hotel, The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar occupies the exact location where a beacon once guided mariners into the safety of the Singapore port in the 20th-century. The restaurant commands one of the most mesmerising views of Singapore’s skyline and Marina Bay waterfront. In the kitchen, Chef Carlo Marengoni prepares authentic southern Italian cuisine with specialities and quality produce from Campania, Sardinia and Sicily. The bar offers an unforgettable panoramic sweep of Marina Bay as well as the nightly Marina Bay Light Show.
