There are several room types varying from “Terraces & Beach Rooms” to “Family Houses” sleeping up to 6 people. There is also a private collection of villas which sleep up to 10 people. Whether staying in the hotel or self-catering houses, guests can use all the resort facilities including the restaurants.

Restaurants

Martinhal prides itself on serving genuine, authentic Portuguese produce. There are 3 restaurants to choose from, all of which are child friendly with kids menus and play areas supervised by a member of the Kids Club. “O Terraco” is an authentic Portuguese eatery, “As Dunas” is a beachfront seafood restaurant and “Os Gambozinos” a popular Italian in the “Square”.

Kids Clubs & Childcare

The kids clubs and facilities are vast with 3300 sqm purely dedicated to children’s play areas and meeting points. There is a creche for 6-30 months and clubs aimed at 2-16 years old. Depending on the age, there is a varied programme including arts & crafts, games and sports activities. For older kids, there is a sports academy where they can learn new skills such as windsurfing, surfing, tennis, football and swimming. Other activities include biking, dolphin watching, t.shirt painting and mocktail contests amongst many.

Pools & Beaches

A 3 minute walk takes you down to the beautiful sandy beach. There are also 5 pools to choose from which are spread around the grounds, 2 of which are ideal for families.
