A luxurious four-bedroom semi-detached property spanning over 3655 sq ft, Hilltop Villas villas overlook the third fairway and are designed with luxury living in mind. The home has light travertine floors, mahogany finishes, a private infinity-edge swimming pool, Miele Kitchen and 12-foot ceilings. In addition, it also has its own carport and golf buggy garage.
The first floor comprised of a guest suite, a large living area with an open plan kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room, powder room, patio, pool deck and swimming pool. Upstairs is the grand master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. There is also an open foyer spanning two floors with a window.
Courtyard Villas

Golf
With its spectacular coastal views, deep gullies and romantic coral cave backdrops, Apes Hill uses its natural attributes to add beauty and variety for all levels of golfers to provide a challenging yet playable course. At 1000ft above sea level, this is, quite literally, the island’s most elevated golf course. Designed with a commitment to preserving and sustaining its surroundings, the course uses environmentally friendly grass to cut the course’s water consumption. The watering that is needed is from the resort’s rainwater catchment and the grass is naturally resistant to weeds and fertiliser use.
Apes Hill’s 18-hole par-71 championship-level course, redesigned by Ron Kirby, features deep gullies carving through the fairway with ancient bearded fig trees and other indigenous fauna. It’s a unique championship course where large troops of Barbados Green monkeys roam – and the 20th Hole (Halfway House) and clubhouse awaits to welcome you with a refreshing drink.
