Junior Suites

The Junior Suites at Severin*s offer an atmosphere of well-being with modern comfort. At 47 m² in size and located on both the ground and first floor, the sleeping area offers a box-spring bed by WITTMANN, a flatscreen television by LOEWE, and a telephone. With an additional flatscreen television, a desk, and a sofa in front of the fireplace, the living area gives you a cosy place to kick back, before enjoying a relaxing bath or rain shower. From the terrace or the balcony, you can gaze out over a marvellous vista of the alpine scenery offered by Lech am Arlberg. A free minibar with Nespresso coffee machine and tea selection is refilled every day.

Family Suites

At Severin*s, families can experience very special vacations with a 55m² Family Suite, located on the ground or first floor. In the sleeping area, a box-spring bed by WITTMANN invites you to cuddle for a little while longer. A flatscreen television set by LOEWE and a telephone are standard, as is a bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. The WC is separate and therefore offers privacy. The living area boasts an additional flatscreen television and a sofa in front of the fireplace. In the Family Suites, a bunk bed for 2 children is provided in the living area. Both single beds have their own television sets. Everyone gathers together in the dining area.

Senior Suites

With 62 to 67 m² of space, the Senior suites at Severin*s offer plenty of space for complete relaxation. The Senior Suites are located on the ground floor and first floor. The high-quality facilities extend from the sleeping area with a box-spring bed by WITTMANN, a flatscreen television by LOEWE, as well as a telephone, right up to the living area with another flatscreen television and a sofa in front of the fireplace. The bathroom boasts a bathtub and rain shower. The comfortable dining area and furniture by the Italian label MINOTTI create an ambience of elegance that harmonises with the terrace or the balcony and the splendid view of the alpine landscape around Lech am Arlberg. The standard of modern comfort is rounded off by a minibar with Nespresso coffee machine and tea selection that is free and refilled daily, together with free WiFi and turndown service.

The Residence

The Residence at Severin*s is the embodiment of outstanding accommodation that is second to none, with 423m² that extends over two floors. Up to eight people can look forward to enjoying the spacious living room with balcony, comfy fireplace corner, lounge with grand piano, and a large dining room with luxuriously appointed kitchen and fireplace. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with shower bath and balcony, the master bedroom with oversized bed (200 x 220m), a sitting area, large wardrobes, and a free-standing bathtub with a grand view of the mountains and the fireplace. An additional bathroom with rain shower, WC and bidet as well as a study and a cinema make it abundantly clear that you need not make any sacrifices.

Restaurant

The menu reflects the closeness to nature, which is what sets head chef Hendrik Friedrich and his team Noah Meijer, Jonas Zeyfang, Tim Krüger, Marek Svihel, Henrik Boronowsky, András Kiss and Daniel Kocsis apart.

Bar & Lounge

Regional and yet cosmopolitan – in the bar and lounge, you can lean back, relax and enjoy the evening with lively conversation and well-chosen drinks. On the bar menu, you will find the ideal beverage to suit every occasion and mood. The atmosphere in Lech am Arlberg is simply unique, providing the perfect setting for many sociable hours!
