The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and The Mark Bar are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges offers Indoor and Outdoor Dining (weather permitting). The chic, lively Mark Bar, designed by Jacques Grange with specially made furnishings by Guy de Rougemont and Vladimir Kagan, is the most stylish meeting spot on Madison Avenue, ideal after work, before dinner, or after theatre. This popular New York City lounge serves hand-crafted classic and signature cocktails. Reservations are highly recommended. The Mark Bar seating operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Mark Restaurant has two entrances: a main entrance which is 74”, and a second entrance which is 75”. There is an unobstructed route to the Mark Restaurant from the registration desk as well as the rooms and suites via the accessible elevator.

Just steps from Central Park, abcV at The Mark will highlight the best of Mother Nature, with a beloved plant-forward concept from Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The outdoor dining space on 77th and Madison Avenue will be transformed into a limited-time must-visit dining destination. Offering non-GMO, sustainable, artisanal and organic plates, sourced locally and globally from small & family farms, the menu caters to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free diners and those looking to be inspired by plant-based dishes. High vibrational foods, tonics and cocktails will be enjoyed in an intimate yet airy space, with bright white wood-panelled walls and accents of pink and green highlighted by lush amaranth cascading from the ceiling. Reservations are released 30 days in advance.
Madison Room
The ambient, private Madison Room at the Jacques Grange-designed Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The room can accommodate up to 22 guests for a sit-down dinner or 30 guests for a cocktail reception. The restaurant is available for a partial and full buy-out, large-scale receptions and seated events are also welcome.

New York’s most boldly lavish hotel, is the first hotel in the country to offer customised, revolutionary N+ Mercedes-Benz Formula E Team e-bikes for guests to enjoy. The Mark is the perfect departure point for a joyride through Manhattan, offering an active and eco-friendly way for visitors to see and explore the city. In addition to this unique experience, The Mark is providing a sophisticated fleet of custom-made bicycles available exclusively for guests. Manufactured by Republic Bike, the bicycles incorporate the hotel’s signature design elements including a striped chain case and The Mark branding. Each bicycle comes complete with a signature black helmet, basket and lock.

The Mark is home to the world’s most famous hairstylist, Frédéric Fekkai. As the librarians of luxury, Assouline offers guests and neighbours the opportunity to take home the chicest of souvenirs or the perfect addition to their coffee table collection. The Assouline Coffee Table Bookshop is located just steps away from The Mark’s front door and can be accessed from 77th Street. The store is open Thursday through Monday.
